I chose Urban Suites Brussels Royal for its convenient location near the Parlamentarium, a landmark I wanted to visit. Surprisingly, the complimentary wireless Internet access allowed me to easily research and plan my visit. Additionally, the kitchens with separate dining areas were well-equipped with stovetops, cookware, and dishwashers, providing a comfortable and convenient stay.
More pans and kitchen accessories needed; no washing tablets or powder.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a cozy living room. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine, which made it feel like a home away from home. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided great entertainment options. The private entrance added a touch of privacy and convenience to my stay. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice added touch of luxury.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the exterior corridors leading to the accommodations.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the Museum of Music and Jacques Brel Museum. The rich history of music was brought to life through interactive exhibits, captivating displays, and informative audio guides. It was an educational and enjoyable experience for both the kids and adults. Highly recommended!
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the museums offered more interactive activities specifically designed for children.

During my recent stay at Urban Suites Brussels Royal, I had a truly exceptional experience. The apartment was stylish and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its convenient location made it incredibly easy to explore all that Brussels has to offer. Additionally, the apartment was quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Although my stay was exceptional overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. the sofa that served as a bed was slightly broken, making it less comfortable for a group of four individuals.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the city center. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and explore the city with ease. the neighborhood felt safe and we didn't have any issues walking around at night. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-equipped facilities for a pleasant stay.
The lack of customer service was a major downside. It was extremely difficult to reach the responsible staff, both by phone and in person.

I got great value for my money at Urban Suites Brussels Royal. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice shower and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. The staff was attentive and friendly, quickly replacing a faulty coffee maker.
The breakfast option could be improved with more utensils, pots and pans, and a toaster.
